In many ways it was a disappointing performance from the Buckeyes, but the end result is exactly what they had to have: a road win over Nebraska. The win keeps their slim tournament chances alive going into the final three games of the season.
Those three games include two against Michigan State, with one against Iowa sandwiched in between. The Buckeyes will need to win at least one of them to give themselves a shot at an at-large bid. Performances like tonight, against those teams, will make tournament talk irrelevant.
