If this week’s Ohio State game plays out anything like last week’s against Maryland, Chris Chugunov’s family and friends should get to see him play plenty on Saturday. The Ohio State quarterback will be returning to his home state for Saturday’s game against Rutgers. Chugunov said earlier this week that he could have 60-70 family in friends in attendance at Saturday’s game.
The West Virginia transfer played most of the second half on Saturday against Maryland, going 8-11 for 103 yards and a touchdown. The number of attempts, completions, and passing yards were all season-highs for Ohio State’s backup quarterback.
