Ohio State’s athletic department has never had a better Academic Progress Rate than it does right now.
Ohio State’s newest multi-year APR, which was released by the NCAA on Tuesday and averages APR scores from the 2018-19 academic year through the 2021-22 academic year, is 993 for both the athletic department as a whole and for the football team, the best marks Ohio State athletics and Ohio State football have ever achieved since APR started in the 2004-05 academic year.
Among Ohio State’s 31 NCAA sports programs, 26 of them currently have a multi-year APR of 990 or higher.
