One of the lasting images from Michigan’s victory over Ohio State in Ohio Stadium last season came courtesy of Wolverines cornerback Mike Sainristil.
After the Wolverines’ 45-23 win on the Buckeyes’ home turf last November, it was Sainristil who planted a Michigan flag in the middle of the Block O at the 50-yard line to celebrate the Wolverines’ first victory in Columbus since 2000.

Following the game, Sainristil told reporters he had been thinking about planting the flag in Ohio Stadium all year.
