Earlier: TMZ has landed video of Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett’s citation for OVI, and according to the gossip site, it doesn’t reflect well on him. They have not released the video yet, but according to their first write-up, Barrett tells officers that he is the Buckeyes quarterback, and seems to ask for special treatment.
