Insider thinks Ohio State's Brian Hartline is a candidate for Penn State job

Penn State fans have been trying to talk themselves into Brian Hartline being a good candidate for the head coaching job. One insider believes he is a viable candidate.

Penn State was the first big-time program to fire its head coach. James Franklin was fired after a loss to Northwestern. The Ohio State football team gets to host Penn State this weekend with interim head coach Terry Smith leading the Nittany Lions.
