Graham Rahal debuted an Ohio State stylized helmet for the IndyCar race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course last year, and talk about instant karma, he drove to his third career victory.
“This year we decided to take it a little further,” the New Albany native and devout Buckeyes fan said as he prepared for this weekend’s IndyCar return to Mid-Ohio in Lexington.
Thursday he unveiled a driving suit modeled after the Ohio State home football uniform, to go with his newly minted helmet and gloves, and the OSU-logo racing shoes he wears often.
“With screen printing these days you can basically make anything,” Rahal said.
