It’s common for a freshman to feel as small as a minnow and as important as one while on campus in trying to adjust to college life.
But that hardly was case for Bryan Dytko last year at John Carroll. Even before he enrolled, football coach Tom Arth made sure that Dytko had met professors, guidance counselors, the coaching staff, the training staff and future teammates.
