Four-star Quarterback Devin Brown Commits to Ohio State

The Buckeyes had hoped to flip four-star Ohio quarterback Drew Allar from Penn State, but the state's fourth-ranked prospect held true to his commitment with the Nittany Lions.

Enter four-star quarterback Devin Brown. Brown, a Utah resident, was committed to USC until late November, then decided to find a new home after former Trojans coach Clay Helton was fired midseason.

While Ohio State was late to the party in Brown's recruitment, only offering the 6-foot-3, 189-pound standout in October, the Buckeyes were eventually able to sway the nation's fifth-best quarterback prospect into joining the team.
