Former Ohio State Quarterback Jack Miller Transferring to Florida

Jack Miller is taking his talents to the SEC.

The former Ohio State quarterback announced Tuesday that he is transferring to Florida, joining the Gators after two seasons with the Buckeyes.

Miller, who announced he was leaving Ohio State on Nov. 28 because “it is time to get on the field,” will likely now enter a competition with Anthony Richardson for Florida’s starting quarterback job. Emory Jones, the Gators’ starting quarterback for all but one game this season, announced earlier this month that he will enter the transfer portal after playing one final game for the Gators against UCF in the Gasparilla Bowl on Dec.
