One of Ohio State’s biggest NFL stars is done for the season.
Former Buckeye defensive end Nick Bosa had his season come to an abrupt end on Sunday as he tore the ACL in his right knee in the San Francisco 49ers’ win over the Arizona Cardinals.
Nick Bosa gave a thumbs down after he hurt his knee because he sensed the severity of the injury. His fears were realized a short time ago when an MRI showed a clean, season-ending tear of his ACL. https://t.co/ik8Pykv4gm

Bosa was able to walk back to the locker room under his own power after suffering the injury, leaving optimism that he had avoided serious injury, but Bosa expressed concerns about a potential ACL tear to the team and gave a thumbs down to someone in the crowd on his way back to the locker room.
