Amir Riep is returning to college football.
The former Ohio State defensive back, who was unable to play for the last three years while awaiting trial for a rape charge on which he was ultimately found not guilty, announced Friday he will resume his college football career at Lincoln University.

Riep and fellow Ohio State defensive back Jahsen Wint were dismissed from the Ohio State football team in February 2020 after they were arrested on charges of rape and kidnapping.
