It's safe to say that former Ohio State football signee Devin Brown hasn't quite had his college career go to plan thus far. When he originally signed with the Buckeyes, Brown made the move to Big Ten country with a ton of hype.
However, he only started one game in three campaigns with Ohio State before deciding to enter the transfer portal. Well, the former touted signal-caller is going to be on the move once again. Through ESPN's Pete Thamel, Brown revealed that he's going to be leaving Cal and entering the transfer portal. Just like that, Brown is now going to be looking to join his third collegiate program:
