SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The media got its first glimpse since August of an Ohio State practice on Tuesday, and spirits appeared to be running high on a cool, clear afternoon.
Earlier in the day, captain Taylor Decker said that has been the mood as the Buckeyes prepare for Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl on Friday.
