Dianté Griffin, the grandson of legendary Ohio State running back Archie Griffin, committed to Ohio State on Sunday. Diante's father, Andre, played running back for Ohio State from 1998-2001.
Unlike his grandfather and father before him, Dianté is a defensive back, and was a All-Three Rivers Athletic Conference second-team selection after breaking up five passes and forcing one fumble for Lima Senior High School in his senior season in 2021.
