After a stellar freshman season, Ohio State's Russell is off to the NBA.
From an individual perspective, D'Angelo Russell's first season at Ohio State couldn't have gone much better. He won the Jerry West Award as the best shooting guard in the nation, he was a consensus All-American, won the Big Ten freshman of the year award, and virtually every other individual award he was up for. Now, it's no surprise that Russell is ready to take his talents to a bigger stage. Today, it was reported that he will be leaving Ohio State and declaring for the NBA Draft.
