Toledo football coach Matt Campbell said he will no longer lead pregame prayers with his team after the university received a complaint from an anti-religion group.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation in Wisconsin told the university in May that the prayers were a violation of the U.S. Constitution. The organization cited a video showing Campbell leading the team in the Lord’s Prayer in their locker room before a game in 2012.
