Chip Trayanum Exits Purdue Game With Injury, Ohio State Left With Two Available Running Backs

The depletion of Ohio State's running back room continues.

After TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams were declared out before Ohio State's matchup with Purdue, Chip Trayanum exited the contest after a collision with three Boilermaker defenders in the first quarter.

Trayanum headed directly to Ohio State's medical tent after the Buckeyes' trainers assisted him off the field. He was later seen on the sidelines speaking with Ohio State running backs coach Tony Alford and members of the Buckeyes' medical staff; however, he was not holding his helmet and has not taken the field since.

With Trayanum questionable to return on Saturday, Ohio State is left with two healthy running backs versus the Boilermakers: Third-year Evan Pryor and second-year Dallan Hayden.
