There's probably no doubt any longer that the Ohio State Buckeyes are the best team in the country. CBS Sports' David Cobb didn't think twice about labeling OSU a better team than their fellow unbeaten Indiana Hoosiers, who defeated the Maryland Terrapins 55-10 in College Park on Saturday, and the TAMU Aggies, who were on their bye week, after a 38-14 win over the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Cobb believes the Buckeyes' second-half pull-away from the Nittany Lions singlehandedly earned them the No. 1 spot in the College Football Playoff Selection Committee's first rankings on November 4.
