It might not have been the most musical Script Ohio, but it surely was the longest.
Four Buckeye fans mapped out and, on Saturday, walked a 19-mile route that mimicked the formation made famous by the Ohio State University Marching Band.
It took them 8 1/2 hours (counting a couple of stops for refreshments), garnered some Internet attention, and left them with sore legs and high spirits.
“We thought it would be a cool way to support the team,” said Brett Stone, 33, who completed the walk with Brian Orwick, 32; Tim Stevens, 48; and Daryl Neville, 40.
