Bo Jackson Leads Running Backs in Playing Time, Ohio State Otherwise Leans Heavily on Starters in 24-6 Win at Washington

Ohio State leaned heavily on its starters in its first Big Ten and road game of the season.

Of the 22 Buckeyes who started the game on offense or defense at Washington, the only two who didn’t play at least 30 snaps were running back CJ Donaldson and wide receiver Brandon Inniss. Donaldson ended up playing the second-most snaps at running back behind Bo Jackson, who played 30 snaps despite starting the game on the bench. Tight end Max Klare also played 35 snaps despite not starting the game as Ohio State used more two-tight end formations than three-receiver lineups over the course of the game.
