The North American Pizza & Ice Cream Show will be held Jan. 24 and 25 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Archie Griffin will be the keynote speaker at this year’s convention.
Griffin, a two-time Heisman Trophy winner in the 1970s, is a senior adviser to Ohio State University’s Office of Advancement.
Griffin will speak on motivating teams for maximum achievement, according to the Ohio Restaurant Association.
