Even though Ohio State shut down its campus in March and wasn't able to have an in-person commencement ceremony this spring, many Buckeye student-athletes still earned degrees and graduated this semester.

A total of 172 Ohio State student-athletes, including 12 football players, received degrees from the university following the spring semester, Ohio State announced on Thursday.

Former Ohio State quarterback Chris Chugunov earned his master's degree in kinesiology from the unviersity this spring, while 11 other current and former football Buckeyes received their bachelor's degree.
