The Ohio State Buckeyes already boast one of the top recruiting classes in the country, but they're far from done, making a strong push during the last month of recruiting as we heads towards National Signing Day. Here's all the latest news and rumors you need to know:
Buckeyes offer four-star Michigan commit, could flip him
Ohio State offered a scholarship to four-star running back Chris Evans (Indianapolis, IN), according to 247sports.
Evans has held firm on the verbal commitment he gave Michigan commit in June, but the Buckeyes have a great chance to flip his commitment.
"He will official for sure," a source told 247Sports. "It was his dream school."
Evans is ranked as the No. 5 all-purpose running back in the country, but schools were also recrutiing him play receiver. Ohio State is recruiting him as a defensive back.
OSU WR commit named U.S. Army All-American captain
Buckeyes four-star wide receiver commit Austin Mack (Fort Wayne, IN) announced that he has been named a captain for this weekend's U.S. Army All-American Game.

Mack graduated high school early and enrolled early at Ohio State, starting classes on Monday.
The 6'2", 205-pounder is ranked as the No. 35 prospect in the country and No. 4 wide receiver.
Ohio State to host four-star DT in January
The Buckeyes have been looking to find another defensive tackle to pair with Malik Barrow in this class, but they're now making a late push to sign four-star DT Chris Daniels (Euless, TX), and will host him on January 29.
Daniels committed to Oklahoma in December, but hasn't totally closed the door on other schools. On top of visiting the Buckeyes, he will visit Texas on January 15 and potentially another school on January 22.
He said he had a good visit to Columbus back in August, but his scheduled official visit in October was pushed back by both sides.
The 6'4", 299-pounder is ranked as the No. 169 overall prospect and No. 19 defensive tackle in the country.
