The Ohio State Buckeyes have been heavily pursuing four-star ATH Richard LeCounte III (Hinesville, GA) for some time and it appears to be paying off, as the Buckeyes are "on top" of his list of schools, according to his father via 247sports.
“Oh yeah, he’s very interested in Ohio State,” Richard LeCounte II said. “He’s going to the Ohio State-Penn State game as of now. He’ll probably go up with Raekwon’s (McMillan) mom. We’re not sure about the Michigan State game. What we are trying to do is get ready for the SAT. He hasn’t taken it yet. We’re trying to cut back on the recruiting trips.”
The 6'1", 175-pounder plays safety, quarterback, wide receiver, and punt/kick returner. He is ranked as the No. 2 athlete in the class of 2017.
