The Ohio State Streaker Who Got Body-Slammed Might Lose His Scholarship

Anthony Wunder made the not-so-bright decision to streak onto the field last Saturday during Ohio State's home victory over the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Not only was Wunder body-slammed into smithereens by Ohio State assistant strength and conditioning coach Anthony Schlegel, he may also lose his scholarship as a result of his not-so-fun brush with fame.

The engineering student had been a part of the Western Golf Association Evans Scholars Foundation, which the Cincinnati Enquirer indicates as providing housing and tuition to former golf caddies.

Per the Enquirer:

On Wednesday, Mark Collins, Wunder’s defense attorney, said that the officials began removing Wunder from the program, which covers tuition and housing for former golf caddies.

The fourth-year engineering student pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday morning to a charge of criminal trespassing.

After already being taken out WWE-style by Schlegel, it looks like young Anthony Wunder's bad day will end up having some lasting consequences going forward.

Information from USA Today's For The Win was used in the making of this report.
