Ohio State Football Recruiting: Coveted 2017 WR Prospect Says He'll Commit To Buckeyes If Offered

2017 DeSoto (Texas) wide receiver Kadarrian Nixon is a teammate of one of the Ohio State Buckeyes' top 2016 targets, QB Tristen Wallace. However, he's also a potential easy commit for the Buckeyes if they decide to extend him an offer following a recent visit to Columbus.

Nixon told 247Sports that Ohio State will be visiting him sometimes during the spring recruiting period, and he says that he'd commit post-haste if offered.

“I would commit,” Nixon said. “But I would at least have to take another visit. Ohio State is definitely my favorite school. They said they are coming back to my school in the spring. Coach (Tim) Beck is coming and coach (Zach) Smith is supposed to come down too.”

Nixon has nothing but superlatives to dish out about his first visit to the campus in Columbus.

“It was great,” he said. “It was the best experience ever. (I liked) everything, the atmosphere, the players, the coaches, the facilities. I think anyone that takes a visit to Ohio State would fall in love with it.”
