A trip to paradise did not quite make for a successful sojourn for the Ohio men’s basketball team.
Before going to Montego Bay, Jamaica, this past week for the Jersey Mike’s Jamaica Classic, the Ohio men were 2-0 and coming off a successful 81-73 win over Campbell. After traveling to Jamaica, the Bobcats are returning to Athens with a 2-2 mark after poor showings in losses to South Florida and Loyola Marymount.
With senior Jordan Dartis and redshirt junior James Gollon out with injuries for some time, it was no surprise that the ’Cats three-point shooting would be spotty at best here at the beginning of the season.
