Watson has been a disaster for Cleveland from the start, with owner Jimmy Haslem saying recently that the trade was “a big swing-and-miss." He has not played a full half of a season for the franchise for league punishments and injury issues.
He’s still on contract until 2026, but hasn’t really shown shades of anything since taking the field. There is a low likelihood of Watson starting this year, or even playing at all based off of his on-field injury last year.
