During the Ohio Bobcat women’s frantic fourth-quarter comeback vs. the Central Michigan Chippewas Saturday at the Convo, it came as no surprise that senior guard Kiyanna Black was at the center of the action.
Typically, Black works off the ball and doesn’t initiate the offense on her own unless opportunities are presented for her to attack a defense one-on-one. Black usually controls the game by scoring points in the flow of the game.
In the second half, though, Black brought the ball up on almost every Ohio possession and immediately attacked the Chippewas’ defense.
Black was successful too.
