It’s been nearly three years since Ohio University faced regional rival Marshall on the basketball court.
But Bobcat senior Treg Setty can still remember that last meeting vividly, and in detail.
“I remember (D.J.) Coop(er) was right here on the wing and the guy was up on him,” Setty began, excitedly, gesturing to spots on the Convo’s floor. “And Walt (Offutt) went back door and Coop threw it behind the defender’s back and Walt got it and the and-one.
“It was loud in here I know that,” said Setty, who was sitting out a transfer year on the Ohio bench during the 2012-13 season.
