Bobcats get shot to cool off Buffalo

The Bobcats know they can’t go back. They can’t get a do-over for 15 minutes of football that will likely keep them out of the Mid-American Conference championship game.

For Ohio (6-4, 4-2 MAC), the objective now is more direct. Beat everyone left on the schedule and go out swinging.

“The Miami game hurt, but at this point you don’t want to fold,” said sophomore WR Cameron Odom. “You want to move on and focus on controlling what we can control. That’s our big thing this week.

That will be a challenge. Buffalo comes to Peden Stadium on Wednesday night for a game that the Bulls hope serves as a coronation.
