Bobcats gearing up for Virginia, and Florence

Hurricane Florence, currently in the Atlantic Ocean off the East Cast, was upgraded to a Category 4 storm on Monday. Most predictive models have the hurricane hitting the US mainland in South Carolina and tracking in a northwest direction.

Only four such storms have ever made land fall in the United States. The most recent was Hugo in 1989.

Ohio (1-0) is scheduled to play at Virginia (1-1) on Saturday, in a 3 p.m. kickoff. Scott Stadium, located in Charlottesville, Va., is in line for the predicted path of the storm and most forecasts are calling for heavy and substantial rain and winds for the entire region during the weekend.
