It’s easy to look at the annual ‘Spring Game’ and figure out what it’s not.
In the case of Ohio University, what the spring season finale will be bears a striking familiarity to the previous 14 editions under head coach Frank Solich.
Ohio’s annual Green & White Game will be held Saturday, beginning at 2 p.m., inside Peden Stadium. And just like every other year under Solich, it won’t be an actual game.
The format will be similar to last year’s model, which was a traditional practice structured around a handful of ‘game speed’ scrimmage sections.
