It didn’t take long for Treg Setty or Antonio Campbell to recall the first time they realized they needed to pay more attention when it came to scouting reports in Mid-American Conference play.
“It started with Toledo and (J.D.) Weatherspoon. The scout was to make him shoot. He can jump and dunk it very well,” said Campbell, Ohio’s junior center.
“He caught me sleeping one time. I got a defensive rebound, he took it out of my hands, went around me and dunked the ball,” he continued. “From then on, I learned real quick you got to pay attention to the scout.
