Ohio has received nine commitments through the early part of July for the 2019 siting class. Currently, 247sports.com — which has just three of the nine commitments noted — ranks the class in 11th place in the MAC.

Amburgey (.07998) is a 3-star level recruit and projects to be a potential tackle of the future with the Bobcats. He committed in mid-June, and had some high major interest with visits with Notre Dame, West Virginia and Indiana.
