Jon Condo spent the first day of his retirement with a good book.
It was called, “What Should Danny Do?” and Condo read it aloud to his daughter’s kindergarten class Tuesday morning in Marin County.
Condo ended his NFL career Monday, something that made news locally only because he ended it with the 49ers and started it with the Raiders. Unlike Antonio Brown, who said he was done playing the previous day, Condo played 14 seasons as a long-snapper in the NFL without creating so much as a hint of controversy.
