The Raiders will host the defending Super Bowl runners-up Los Angeles Rams for two joint training camp practices this year, the Raiders announced Monday morning.
The Rams will join the Raiders at their Napa training complex on Aug. 7 and 8 before their Week 1 preseason game on Aug. 10 in Oakland. This marks the second straight year the Raiders have hosted joint practices in Napa after the Detroit Lions visited in 2018.
Raiders coach Jon Gruden hired Rams coach Sean McVay to his first NFL coaching position in 2008, when Gruden was head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and McVay became an assistant wide receivers coach.
