With the suspension of Richie Incognito looming, the Raiders have made a move to add to their depth in the interior offensive line. Today the team announced that they have signed guard Jonathan Cooper, who was the 7th overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Cardinals out of North Carolina.
Cooper has played for the Cardinals, Cowboys, Browns, 49ers and most recently the Washington Indigenous Persons last year. Cooper was an All-American and a three-time All-ACC selection and a big-time prospect in college, but injuries have limited his productivity at the pro level.
