The Raiders will face a defense missing top cornerback Marcus Peters on Sunday at Kansas City.
The Chiefs suspended Peters on Wednesday following his outburst in a loss to the Jets on Sunday. After the Chiefs were called for a penalty, Peters, an Oakland native, picked up the flag and threw it into the stands. He then left the field briefly despite not being ejected.
Kansas City head coach Andy Reid told Bay Area reporters on a conference call that in suspending Peters, “I just did what I thought was best for the Chiefs.
