Raiders’ Derek Carr fuels fire for supporters and detractors in loss to Broncos

DENVER — So now we wait.

Following a 16-15 road loss to the Denver Broncos Sunday, Derek Carr sure sounded like someone who expected to be the quarterback of the Las Vegas Raiders in 2020.

“We’re all on the same page when we go to Vegas,” Carr said. “If we don’t win more, it really doesn’t matter. I don’t care what stadium we play in. We won 12 games in that stadium we’re moving out of.”

Looking at the numbers, it’s hard to make a case for either bringing in a veteran or starting a rookie.
