The Oakland Raiders go into 2019 with a ton of promise given all the moves and draft picks they made during the offseason. Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock deserve a ton of credit for sticking to their plan and executing it the best way they deemed possible. The combination of veteran players and young talent has undoubtedly raised the potential of the roster, and if things bounce right, they could find themselves playing meaningful games in late November and December instead of prepping for the draft early.
