The upcoming offseason is full of possibilities for the Oakland Raiders. They could be moving cities, doing further major construction on their roster and completely sending the franchise as a whole in a different direction.
One of the first steps in returning this team to relevance is trimming the fat that’s dragged it down in recent years. That means taking a long, hard look at the current roster, and making difficult personnel decisions. Then again, we’ve already seen that Jon Gruden has no problem doing exactly that — just ask Khalil Mack or Amari Cooper.
