Murray, the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback who spurned the A’s after Oakland chose him with its top pick last year, will see a good amount of action against the Raiders. New coach Kliff Klingsbury indicated Murray will play more than last week’s 10-play debut in the Cardinals’ 17-13 win over the Chargers.
The 5-foot-10 Murray went 6-of-7 for 44 yards and looked comfortable in Klingsbury’s Air Raid offense while doing it.
