After the 2018 NFL Draft, much ado was made about the Raiders passing on Florida State safety Derwin James in favor of UCLA tackle Kolton Miller. When James turned out to be one of the best safeties in the league and Miller struggled, that ado turned into a full-on hullabaloo. But this year, Miller looks much improved while James has suffered a serious injury that will sideline him well into the regular season.
