BREAKING: Raiders Lost The Coin Flip With 49ers, Get No. 10 Pick In The 2018 NFL Draft

The Oakland Raiders lost the coin flip and will have the 10th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The NFL had a coin flip today to determine who gets the ninth and 10th overall pick in the draft. The coin flip was needed because the Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers both finished with 6-10 records with a similar strength of schedule.

Now that the Raiders know what pick they have, it is time for them to look ahead towards the draft. The Raiders lost a number of veterans last season and were rewarded four compensatory picks. All four of the compensatory picks will come in the sixth round. They are the 210th, 212th, 216th and 217th overall. Oakland has 11 picks in total, the most they have had since 2007 when they also had 11.

Oakland is currently projected to take Georgia LB Roquan Smith 10th overall in Chat Sports' latest mock draft.
