Raiders News: Tony Sparano Wasted No Time Getting Back To Work After Chiefs Win

The Oakland Raiders have one of the hardest working head coaches in all of the NFL, even with the pesky 'interim' label placed ahead of his job title.

After the team's losing-streak eradicating 24-20 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football, Sparano wasn't satisfied enough to sleep in after a job well done.

“I was the first person at Starbucks this morning, I’ll put it that way,” Sparano said of his Friday morning, via Michael Wagaman of ESPN.com. “I left the house at 4:30 and I was in here this morning. But I have every intention of walking out of this building today when the sun is still up, hopefully.”

Many players have given full credit to Sparano for keeping the team together after the firing of Dennis Allen. Combine that with his work ethic, and there's a good shot Sparano will find a lasting role with this team in one capacity or another.
