SEATTLE — Plenty of fans left with souvenirs Saturday night with home runs flying far and frequently in Seattle.
The A’s and Mariners combined to hit seven home runs in the contest.
Seattle’s Mike Zunino hit the last one to tie the game in the bottom of the eighth and a wild pitch by Blake Treinen with the bases loaded in the ninth sealed a 7-6 come-from-behind win for the Mariners.
The A’s squandered a prime opportunity to score with the bases loaded and no outs in the top of the first but quickly made up for it.
