About half a year before the A’s officially broke ground in Las Vegas for their new stadium, reviled owner John Fisher dropped nearly $30 million in the region in one of the most expensive home sales in Las Vegas history.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Fisher bought a mansion in December for $29.25 million, which is located in a gated community within the Summerlin neighborhood. Clark County property records show a Bay Area certified public accountant as the purchaser of the home, but the outlet reported on Wednesday that Fisher was the purchaser of the home.
