OAKLAND -- The A's reinstated outfielder Stephen Piscotty from the bereavement list and optioned right-handed pitcher Kendall Graveman to Triple-A Nashville, the club announced Tuesday.
Piscotty was batting .248 with two home runs and 13 RBIs in 34 games when he was placed on the bereavement list on Friday. He is hitting .125 in seven games in May after batting .294 in 24 games in April. Piscotty has started 34 games, all in right field.
Graveman was recalled from Triple-A Nashville last Friday for his second stint with the A's this year.
